Refund Policy

All purchases are final. You cannot request a refund, prevent, credit, or dispute the server by any means necessary. Doing so allows us to reserve the right to suspend your continued play on the server/forums and prevent further funds from being added or withdrawn.

Exceptions
The instances where we provide refunds are limited to:

• Accidental double charges
• Not receiving the purchased item
• If we believe a refund is warranted based on provided circumstances
